Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the Pre-Technology Programme for academic year 2019/2020. Pre-Technology Programme was developed by Arusha Technical College (ATC) through the Improving Skills Training for the Employment Program (ISTEP). The programme was developed with the collaboration of key partners including; Sault and Parkland Colleges from Canada, VETA, NACTE and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST). The Curriculum has been approved by NACTE and the MoEST has granted permission for ATC to run the programme.

 

The primary objective of Pre - Technology Programme is to enable Vocational and Educational Training (VET) graduates with National Vocational Awards (NVA) Level 3 to progress to Technical Education and Training (TET) programs in National Technical Award (NTA) Level 4. Upon completion of the Pre-Technology Programme and successful passing end of the course examination, candidates will get an opportunity to be admitted to various Engineering and Sciences and Technology programmes offered at ATC (See table 1).
