TERM OF REFERENCE FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES AT KIKULETWA

The Government of United Republic of Tanzania has received fund from the World Bank under the East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP), this is a five years project (2018-2023). Arusha Technical College (ATC) is one of the government institution benefiting from the project. ATC is directing the funds to development of Kikuletwa Renewable Energy Training and Research Centre (KRETC) into the Centre of Excellence in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in energy and renewable energy technologies for East and Central Africa Region.

It is intended that part of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments for procuring consultancy services for designing and supervision of construction of new training facilities at Kikuletwa which will include, two Storey Building, Administration Building, Library Building, Male and Female Students Hostels, Three Workshops for Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering, Flats for 10  apartments, Canteen, Health facility, Recreation Facilities and preparation of bidding documents for Kikuletwa Renewable Energy Training and Research Centre.
